About Richard Kitchen Care
Owners' Profile
Richard and Elizabeth Kitchen opened their first Care Home in 1988.
Having worked as a Care assistant, Mrs Kitchen felt that she could run a
more caring and friendly Home. Beginning with a small 3 bed premises,
they set out to apply the principle of making each Care Home into a
place where they would be happy to live themselves. They now run
five Homes in South Hampshire, one of which
provides Nursing Care. Each Home is visited by Mr and Mrs Kitchen on a
daily basis to ensure that everyone is happy and any problems are
resolved quickly. All staff are fully qualified and hand-picked to
provide the very highest standard of Care. Each Home has been
extensively refurbished and has comfortable and spacious accommodation.
Food is prepared in Our Homes' modern kitchens by qualified chefs. The
menus offer a variety of wholesome dishes and all dietary requirements
both medical and religious, are catered for.

Our philosophy has always been to offer high quality service to our
Customers whilst providing value for money. Our success in these fields is
a testament to this principle. We believe that our Customers appreciate
happy and well-trained staff, a well-maintained clean environment and
most of all - friendly personal service.

Being a family business, we are able to offer those little extra
flourishes, so often absent in large anonymous corporations. Whether you
are arranging Residential Care for yourself or a loved one we offer the
same informal "hands on" service.

Residential Customers, visiting all our Homes on a regular basis. Our
Managers and staff are all trained to provide the sort of service we
would like to enjoy -Ourselves! We want our Care Homes to be places
